Updates: A New Way For Vendors to Manage Bookings and Availability

As I sit here listening to the Coaches Don’t Play Instagram Live, my team and I have some exciting news completely unrelated to Pammy’s podcast!

As a heads up, this post is most relevant for wedding vendors.

Back in July of 2022, we learned that many vendors were managing their booking schedules by pen, paper, spreadsheets, and email. We decided to make things a lot easier for vendors to share their availability and manage their booking schedules, by introducing a new feature that lets vendors share their availability from their PlanEvents listing. Shoutout to our developer, Vin, for making this happen!

Watch the full demo of the Availability feature, below!

You can also see a live example by visiting this vendor profile. To find the calendar, make sure to click on the Profile tab, once you’ve landed on the profile.

Anyways, that is all we have.

Vendors, if you’d like to learn how to use this new availability calendar, reach out by filling out this form.
