Manny was available and understanding during the process and always suggested us with the best. I can’t rave enough about her. If you’re looking for a trusty and reliable decorator she is highly recommended.

August 15, 2019 at 12:31 pmI used VenYou for all of my house, wedding, and reception events. They are reasonably priced and made sure they could make my wedding look the way I had envisioned it. There seemed to have been some emergencies that happened right before the week of the wedding, which made it stressful for me about the company answering phone calls and texts. However, Manny made sure that her team was still able to do the jobs we had planned for the week. I was very happy with how they made all locations look. They made my outdoor ceremony space look exactly like I had shown in pictures and I have no complaints about their work.

August 15, 2019 at 1:41 pmI used venyou decor for all of my events! Takha, engagement & all functions at mine and my husbands house the week prior to wedding & gurdwara and reception decor! The team as a whole is genuinely kind and caring. I could tell they actually cared about what they were doing and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy during my wedding week. I also really wanted an accent wall for pictures at the reception but it was out of our budget! The sisters went out of their and provided it because they knew I would be over the moon. There are not enough good things I could say about these ladies! Can not wait to use them for future events.

She was sweet & upbeat and although my booking was small she made it memorable. I am looking forward to booking this company in the future

September 5, 2019 at 11:41 pmThe Venyou team did decor for all of my wedding events. This included a daytime event at Aria, my house, sangeet & Gurdwara decor. I was blown away with the meticulous attention to detail in every event.
My entire family loved the decor & I was beyond happy. They brought my vision together in a short period of time and when it was a very busy time.
I cannot wait to use you for further milestones in my life! Xo

November 10, 2020 at 1:46 pmThe reason I am leaving this company such a bad review is because I was appalled by the behaviour of someone who is representing themselves as a professional. The flowers had butter chicken stains, the pre ordered sign we discussed was not brought in or was it informed to us that it could not be made. As well as this woman made my pregnant sister in law cry and her behaviour was humiliating and unacceptable in front of all of our guests.

March 15, 2021 at 10:08 pmvery unprofessional. I emailed them to get a quote for the week of my wedding décor. They took over two weeks to respond to me, finally after I sent multiple follow up emails. They then told me to send them a text message to their assistant for the quote. She wanted to schedule a call to discuss details further and when I responded to ask her availability she never replied. I sent a follow up text the next day with no response. Now its been over two weeks and no quote. She responded rapidly when I called her out on the unprofessional manner, took no ownership and blamed me for it. No regard or consideration for their clients. Horrible communication.

.I was waiting and worried as we have only 7 days left for wedding and I was so nervous as I don’t have any other choice.i called her text her and almost start begging her to send me contract.she was not answering any call or not even replying my text..but when I tried to call her from my home phone than she picked up and said she is busy right now…I was so frustrated at the end of the day and send her voice msg on what’s app number..than she called me plz find someone else and said to me that I am very annoying & keep calling her..(i had a feeling that I have to go with someone else before she called me,bcoz I cannot relay on someone like her) i told her I already find someone else..but I was begging her for paid service, did not negotiate fee ,bcoz of short notice and quick rush rush wedding I had no choice.. just before 1 week she refuse to do any decoration…she is such a irrogant lady had bad attitude & unprofessional behavior ..she had no respect for someone time and don’t care what other person is feeling or going through..please don’t trust her ..better to go somewhere else

Your review is very misleading from the factual truth. You called me a week before a wedding, asking for decor. I advised I would let you know once I had a chance to look at our booking schedule. This is in peak wedding season in August. You called me 15 times the nedt day when I was setting up an event. I did not have my phone on me. I called you back after your abusive voicemail to advise you that we were not a right fit due to the accusations you made in your voicemail. Threatening me to write a bad review. Further to that we had no contractual obligation as you were not my client. Please learn how to treat others before you expect to be a treated way by others.

February 19, 2022 at 4:17 pmOnly just getting around to leaving my reviews for my vendors I used for my wedding in August! I was incredibly happy and satisfied with the work Manny & her team did at my Engagement, husbands house and reception !! I gave a vision and she executed exactly what I had envisioned. The whole experience was smooth and any questions or concerns I had Manny was prompt to answer. We had forgotten to discuss centre peices with Manny for my husbands house decor and she without hesitation said not to worry and will just throw that in for us and it all looked beautiful. Had amazing feedback about the reception decor and I have already recommended VenYou to a few people who have asked for auggestion! Thanks again Manny & her team for being so accommodating and making it all so beautiful!

She listened to every detail, I continuously kept of messaging her with new ideas and not once did she make me feel uncomfortable or as if I were annoying.. the decor literally made the wedding vibe and week feel so magical. If anyone is questioning which vendor to book for their events Venyou Decor should definitely be one of them. Hands down the best and most comfortable vendor.

The decor was amazing but her customer service goes above and beyond. She becomes friends with her clients, and works hard to deliver the best. There was no pushing or pressuring, only kind advice and expertise. I was left so happy that VenYou was quickly secured for my brother’s wedding. Highly recommended! 10 stars!

Manny was a superstar during my 2021 wedding! She pulled inspiration from my bridal looks and my personal preferences and decorated all my events so beautifully that it blew me away!
She made sure to keep me in the loop with all updates and bounced ideas off each other which really helped put my mind at ease during the planning process – I knew I was in good hands! We had Manny decorate my home for 3 of my events as well as the reception and wedding venue (all different concepts) and I cannot thank her enough for all the hard work she put in to giving me the most beautiful wedding decor I’ve ever seen!

We have had extremely bad luck with decor vendors leading up to this week for my brothers wedding week. Not only has she been able to help us out last minute with anything we’ve needed but she’s also contacted other vendors for us to ensure we could get everything we needed done (something she didn’t need to do) her response time was super fast. I would highly recommend venyou decor for anyone looking for decor for an upcoming event.

June 28, 2022 at 4:40 pmI stumbled upon Mandeep’s instagram, and was in awe with her work. I e-mailed her on June 16/21 and she responded shorty after. She seemed nice and attentive, but it went downhill from there…
I didn’t know about any bad reviews, until she was the one who told me saying, “I’m super upfront which can be bad at times and sometimes leads me to getting bad reviews.” I then read her reviews, and the way she responded back to them. I would definitely not have booked her if I read these beforehand.
She takes FOREVER to respond to e-mails and messages compared to any other vendor I was working with. Of course, everyone is busy, esp. during wedding season, but a response within 3-5 business days shouldn’t be too much to ask for.
To start, I didn’t receive a contract until Dec 17/21, even though on Nov 15/21 she wrote, “I am going to spend the whole day on that tomorrow. So I pinky promise you will have the contract/invoice by tomorrow 100%. You can beat me up if it isn’t.” All the other vendors I was speaking to sent a contract within the first couple weeks of inquiry.
March 22/22: I asked her if she had an envelope box for our entrance table, she said she would keep me posted as they were organizing their warehouse all week. I never heard back from her re. that and didn’t bother asking again.
June 1/22: I met with her for an in person consultation. Note, my wedding was on June 18/22. She said she would send me “Confirmation of Decor” the next morning.
June 14/22: She said she would work on the “Confirmation of Decor”
June 17/22: ONE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING, ONE DAY, I received the “Confirmation of Decor” at 4:30PM. Even though I would have liked to change a few things, I couldn’t because again, it was ONE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING?? How is that OK?!
1 day before the wedding, I had still not received the place cards (I sent her the seating chart with names on May 17/22), even though I asked for them a couple days before. On top of that, a whole table’s place cards were missing, as well as the head table. I understand that these were getting printed at another print shop, but ONE day before the wedding?!
The entrance table had 3 candles. That was it! Though the “Confirmation of Decor” said “candles and white and greenery florals” which is what I asked for.
June 15/22: I told her I was getting anxious because I had not received the place cards. She responded with, “you’re getting anxious for no reason.” Is this the appropriate way to speak to a client? Let alone, a bride who is already under enough stress? She then started talking about how she’s done multiple substitutions for me which she apparently “NEVER” does for anyone. She was also making it seem like I asked for substitutions when she was the one who offered them (June 22/21: “If there are certain things you don’t need or want to change we can customize that”).
I partly take fault as I am a pretty laid back person, so she may have taken advantage of that. I also got the min package, and didn’t spend $$$ so that also may be a reason why I wasn’t prioritized.
I would not want any other bride to go through what I did and I can easily say she was one of my main stressors throughout this whole experience. I hope she reads this, and learns from this, but based on our conversations, she has a very confrontational attitude, and lacks professionalism. Would definitely not recommend to a friend. Would not even recommend to an enemy. That’s how terrible this experience was.

The owner assisted with last minute issues we had with our tent company & last minute changes we had to make! We realized we needed centrepieces & she even made sure someone from her team dropped them off for us. Highly recommend this company!

She made sure everything was done in a timely matter so I wouldn’t have to stress. Manny is super friendly lady to work with! Beautiful designs! Definitely has an eye for creative and unique designs to make your wedding/event stand out!!! I would suggest her in a heartbeat to anyone.

January 11, 2023 at 1:57 amI contacted this company frantically at the beginning of January for Lohri decor. They were recommended by my close friend. I was so frantic & stressed, the owner was super sweet and calming. She gave me some suggestions for decor & was one of the first vendors who did not automatically ask me for my budget and/or tell me their minimum spends. Although, we ultimately decided to push the Lohri back due to not being prepared, I would highly recommend this company!

I would like to share my HORRIBLE experience with VenYou Decor.
Here’s a little background info – My brother and I both got married in 2019. I booked VenYou Decor well in advance for both wedding dates and signed contracts for both weddings.
It all started when one of the owners damaged our front door during my brother’s wedding which I wasn’t too bothered by and just simply sent them a pic of the damage. They took responsibility for it (good, right) and said they would pay for the repair cost. I sent them a few quotes from painters and said we can go with the lowest quote (3 months before my wedding).
I thought everything was fine at this point, still being very patient with them. They messaged me back saying that they want to return my deposit for my upcoming wedding and do not want to complete my decorations because they don’t want further issues. Wait….. What?
YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT. The contract meant absolutely nothing to VenYou Decor. The damage was caused by YOU, not my fault and I should not be punished for that. I didn’t deserve this. On top of that, I wasn’t being a jerk about the door damage at all either.
I COULDN’T BELIEVE THE RESPONSE. I could immediately feel my heart racing. You want to bail on me 3 MONTHS before my wedding? I was completely baffled. After receiving responses from me stating that I couldn’t believe what she was doing and was completely confused, she said that her team will still complete my wedding decorations. At this point, I felt like I had no choice but to stick with Venyou. I didn’t want to go through the whole process of searching for a new decorator. I knew that finding a new decorator that would be available in peak time on 3 months notice would be extremely difficult.
VenYou still completed my decorations, but after the day she threatened to bail on me, I was in constant doubt over the company’s reliability and professionalism, what if they would be a no show? Who wants that extra worry during the wedding planning process which is already stressful on its own?
NO BRIDE EVER.
Fast forward to the week of my wedding, one of the owners showed up at my house to decorate. I was in a great mood and wanted to just put the past behind me. To my surprise, she started decorating and told me that no one wanted to come to my house because of the door damage. WOW way to start things off on the wrong foot AGAIN. Beyond unprofessional.
I’m writing this review because I don’t want any future brides to go through what I did with VenYou Decor. I hope this helps anyone who is trying to find a decorator.

You already posted this review on facebook. Without all the facts. We were accused of damaging a door at your home decor set up for your brothers wedding. We had the full door repainted by a professional painter the next day. We paid this expense out of pocket. At the time of painting the painter advised that it was apparent the damages were not recent and did not happen the day prior.
At that time, we offered to cancel our contract with you and refund your non-refundable deposit. Which you did not want. We also offered to help you find another decorator. We still fulfilled our contractual obligations to you.
