    great hall, great food, the staff are super nice & Nitin&the manager are great to deal with. Always go out of the way for their clients

    . We had booked Royal King Hall for my sisters wedding for this Friday Oct 25 for approximately 420 people, but management accidentally doubled booked for that date. We booked the full hall to accommodate all of the guests, but now they are saying that they will not give us the full hall even though our dates were booked first and they also refuse to give us the money we had given them for the booking (keep in mind we have given them most of the total amount). The owner is extremely rude and refuses to do anything about it and just doesn’t care. So now we are out of the money and basically have no hall at this point. Best to keep this in mind if you’re thinking of booking Royal King.

    ordered take out. Dropped off plastic containers for them day before to put raita and liquid curries. As my cousin was travelling an hour to deliver the food. Did not follow instructions and created a huge delay in our food being delivered

    We hosted our reception here, food was great very reasonable on the pricing. Communication was open and we had a great event.

    Both our Jaggo/maiyan and reception was at Royal King Banquet hall. These are some of the nicest people we have met. They allowed us to try menu items, customized the menu and added extra items for us at no charge. Through our events they found us to make sure we ate, asked multiple times if we needed anything and were so kind to our families. The food was fantastic but the service and attitudes of the owners/managers was why I would recommend this hall to everyone.

    This review is about their service and is a long-time coming. So we booked RK for my partners sangeet. Booked for April 2020. Of course COVID happened. We got married at a later date but RK was not available for the date so we didn’t use the deposit. We went back and forth about getting our deposit back but they said we could try to sell it and gave no other option. We found someone to take the deposit in early 2022 and when this family went to RK to book and for transfer of deposit, they said if they wanted to transfer deposit then they couldn’t use their “best rate”. Basically had to choose between t getting a better rate for booking OR our deposit. It didn’t work out. We reached out to RK expressing our frustration on them making it impossible to transfer deposit. They gave me the managers number who asked me for all the receipts for when we booked. We gave him everything. He then started a back and forth for MONTHS about how he would adjust our deposit next time someone wanted to pay in cash. Six months go by and nothing. I reached out monthly for an update. After that, it became obvious that they had no intention of giving our deposit back or doing anything with it. We expressed how frustrating it has been dealing with this (there was a loss in the family during all of this as well). The manager yelled at me and said “I was doing you a favour I’m not doing it anymore” and hung up on me. I am just trying to share my experience. When we pay so much and receive really unprofessional service, it is disheartening.
