The owner, Bunty Uncle, his wife, his cousin Kiran and Sandeep all were SO helpful and just treated all of us like family. Uncle welcomed all my bizarre ideas and last minute changes with a smile and calm manner. My sister and I don’t even bother with any other stores, if we need something, we head over to Uncle and Kiran Dhami Aunty ! Doesn’t matter how busy they are, they will stop everything to attend to whatever I needed as a bride. In terms of pricing, they have been nothing but reasonable. They do not oversell; they promise the right timing for your outfit delivery, and best of they get SO real with you and I find that such a rare in the wedding industry. Did I also mention they treated me like family ? I just love all of them. My brother is getting married in June and we aren’t stressed one bit because we know our outfits are going to be taken care of Lovely Bridals. 10/10
I ordered my wedding lehenga from Lovely Bridal, it was a great experience. Kiran was very helpful when I was deciding which lehenga to go with. She was very kind and understanding and I did not feel rushed at all. I made some customizations to my blouse and it all turned out the way I wanted. The lehenga also came in at the time they had promised.
As a non-desi bride, it was really intimidating for me to go lengha shopping. Whenever I went alone, I felt stared at and unwelcome in many stores. While I did go into Lovely Bridal initially with my mother in law, I did go to a subsequent appointment alone. I really appreciated the very sweet and kind service. While I purchased a pre-made lengha, I did have a few alterations I wanted to make outside of taking it in – such as making the straps thinner and they got it done fast. The pricing was also among some of the best in what I experienced. My lengha made me feel like a complete queen with tons of sparkle and embroidery.
