DO NOT use Ejaaz!!! My SIL used him, her outfit arrived a week before the wedding but only after her family in India had to personally go to his shop in India to haggle him.
He is extremely unprofessional. Doesn’t respond to calls or texts on time. Didn’t show progress pics like he promised. Changed the price to something higher, but she had screenshots to prove it.
So many things were not what she asked for – she wanted bright red, he made it in maroon, the beads were missing, the poof was so extreme that she couldn’t even sit down in it, it was way too long and too big. She had to get alterations down from Raji at crossover a couple days before the wedding. It was so stressful when it should have been the best part of her experience.
Hi I would like to share my review on Ejaaz Coutoure. Last year I wasn’t sure if I will go to india and heard about ejaaz coutoure from few people. I decided to get a gown. I wanted a red sequins work gown which is supposed to be sleek with train. I was very very specific about it I don’t want puffy, cinderella gown. I wanted something sleek sent so many insipiration photos. Everything was good until i placed my order and transferred my deposit. I would message so many times asking for update and if they can send me photos, everytime there was an excuse and was never sent photos and update on the gown. I feel like i should have harassed them more to send me photos (but if you are paying so much do you really want to go through that headache to harass them, shouldn’t they give you the best customer service, shouldnt they go above and beyond for their customers especially when mostly they are making bridal outfits) I decided to go to India with my mom to do shopping and bought a lot of stuff from various places in Delhi, places with such reasonable prices, great fabrics amazing customer service and mind blowing fitting. Everywhere i went in Delhi the boutiques went above and beyond.
I went to ejaaz in Delhi to pick up my outfit, me and my mom instantly knew the fitting was not great, material was not great, instead of sequins gown i got gown with flowers and you could see the embroidery was not neat and tidy (it looked very unprofessional and not a designer gown) I have no idea how they went from sequins gown to embroidery gown with flowers. It was also a puffy gown which made me look so bad. They charged sooo much for this gown whereas i could have gotten this gown in half the price with better quality material, better service and way better fitting in Delhi. I am not sure how people are ordering from them.. I can compare customer service and fitting of any shop in delhi and this is the worst place to buy your bridal or any type of outfit. Everywhere else i went they did measurements and I tried on my outfits and it was so perfect. With Ejaaz from fitting to fabric, to customer service everything was horrible. I am writing this so nobody wastes their money on such garbage overly priced outfits. This was all last year but it still hurts that I spent money on the worst outfit I will NEVER wear.
hi. i recently had the same experience with them. everything was ok until i paid my deposit. after that everything changed. they took a month to send me swatches and those swatches were very low quality. i told them to change and they asked me for more money. at the end i canceled my order but they did not give me back my deposit. its 1000cad. They are fraud.
No No and NO! They totally butchered my outfit as well, overcharged me. And then he harassed me for a negative review I posted and then had the audacity to say he was going to write a bad review about me (LOL). Save yourself the headache
Don’t do it!! Worst customer service. I paid a $5,000 CAD deposit and have not received anything to date.
Buyer beware: this company does not keep their word or stay on their timeline. My sister got married last week and her clothes were supposed to arrive 1.5 months prior to the wedding, she received her clothes 2 DAYS before her wedding events. To make matters worse none of the clothes fit with the measurements provided, which we reverified with a tailor upon receiving the clothes. We had to get everything customized and altered between every wedding event to make sure she had clothes for her big week. They haven’t been helpful at all and now are saying she provided wrong measurements, which is false. They have no empathy for the amount of stress they caused my family for not having the clothes early, nor think they are responsible for the miscommunication, lack of communication, late delivery, or the incorrect fit of all outfits. Be careful if you decide to use these people.
Sizing is usually off! And they do not deliver on time. After they receive your money they don’t message you at all!!
Horrible people. As soon as you give them the money they disappear. They are lucky they do business in a city with a better business bureau. If you’re from the States avoid them like the plague

Ordered my bridal dress and my sisters’ outfits at Ejaaz couture at the last moment, literally just 10 days before my big day. as my previous lehenga was ruined by one of the known designers in Delhi. They were helpful enough to agree on 10 days right delivery and We got our outfits on time just like we were promised. Totally loved the outfits and so did everyone. Ejaaz couture and team has been truly, truly amazing and too cooperative. I would recommend Ejaaz couture anyone anytime. Thank you for making my day so special

Got my Wedding lehenga from them and everything right from the store, staff, designer, to the embroidery is amazing, All the intricate details we requested were done and everything was done in the committed timelines My lehenga was posted out of town and even the packaging is impeccably done. I have ordered two dresses from the Ejaaz couture and was designed by Nikita. The quality of the fabric used, colours and embroidery work was just perfect. It fits me so well and the best part was they delivered it on time. I have been to the store multiple times and happened to see their collection. I loved all their designs and specially their fabulous lehengas and stylish blouse patterns. It’s the best place for wedding shopping..
Amazing amazing shop. Simply awesome..I have never seen such good salemanship and Such wonderful hospitality. The staff convinced us to buy much more than we had planned and it days a lot about the product. In the end we are highly satisfied. We spent 6hours in a single shop buying the wedding outfits and The staff was so cooperative,they understood our taste and preference instantly and showed us the collections accordingly. Fantastic collection,I did my entire bridal shopping from Ejaaz couture. I promise it wont disappoint you
I made the mistake of trusting them and ordering my reception outfit. I told them my wedding was in June 2018 but really was in July 2018. They sent me the tracking info and a week later it said my dress was delivered in the UK! I messaged them and they told me they accidentally sent my dress to the wrong bride. They had her post it back to them and then they sent it to me. My dress arrived the week before my actual wedding week. When I tried on the dress it was 3-4 sizes too big! I’m guessing they mixed up the measurements with the bride in UK as well 🤦🏻♀️. Had to pay 200$ to get everything altered to fit me. And they did nothing to “fix” their mistake. No credit no nothing. He said he will send me an outfit for free. But nothing came of it. I still have my messages and everything archived if you want to see for yourself
I would never recommend them. They have worst customer service. My most stressful wedding outfit experience. I ordered my wedding lehnga from them by visiting them in India. I was told that I will get my lehnga by January. I did finally received my outfit in June (one month prior to my wedding) after a lot of stressful messaging and calls. Everytime I messaged them about my outfit, they replied saying will provide update in 1-2 days or will check with team and provide update tomorrow, but I was not updated in timely manner or I was not replied to. My outfit did not look the way I had wanted. Overall talking to them for updates or about my outfit was all waste of time. One of my coworker’s daughter also had a similar experience with them.
I should have cancelled my order and followed my gut when it came to this company. There are multiple negative reviews on various websites, TIktoks, etc about this company but I chose to ignore them. My experience with Rajit (the sales rep) was a positive one until the final months leading up to my wedding/after. When he called and began screaming and cursing on the phone. So much so that my husband had to get involved. It was vile. He was body shaming me, spewing lies, insulting anyone and everyone he could think of.
To which I decided that I no longer wanted to speak to him or Anushka (production team). I pleaded with them to get me into contact with a manager of some sort. It wasn’t until after this call and many prior months of waiting that I finally spoke to Rakesh Jain. He claimed to be a part of client relations, however would not provide support to confirm this. He was told elaborate lies and stories about me when in actuality I did nothing of the sort. Whenever I came across something concerning I brought it to their attention. And they assured me it was nothing but lies, and continued to put blame on the brides instead of themselves. Time and time again, they have failed to take accountability for their errors. They have silenced too many brides, and it’s crazy to see how many are unaware. I would not recommend this company, the quality although it looks nice in pictures. Isn’t worth the headache.
I decided to go with Ejaaz based on their designs on Instagram. Had the worst experience ever. I placed an order in April 2021 for delivery in Nov 2021. I received a call from their staff member in Oct 2021 asking if I still wanted the lehnga before they started production. I asked them to put it on hold since the wedding was postponed. I received a call from a different staff member the very next day saying the lehnga was already ready. We asked them if there was a way to change the design/color of the lehnga since the venue was changed to a beach wedding and the previous selection did not make sense now. They refused. What followed was a series of calls and visits to their store to fix the situation, all of which were handled extremely unprofessionally by their staff, to a point where their staff member called and shouted on my parents and me. It is one thing to not cooperate with us in a situation and another to disrespect, shout and insult my family and me. They accused us of lying about the first phone call from their staff member, the venue change (obviously because they knew when and where I will get married better than me) and also of wanting free goods when we already had paid 1.5 lakhs for the lehnga. They continued to send offensive messages to me on WhatsApp and harass me after I had decided to not take the lehnga from them. It would almost be an insult for me at this point to wear their lehnga on my wedding day. The worst customer experience, lack professionalism. Would not recommend for overseas clients were there can be potential change in travel plans.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. 1. Don’t let their Instagram fool you 2. They are responsive but it’s all a scam to keep you going. Don’t fall for it. I made the order in April 2022 and haven’t received a picture of my outfit and my wedding is next week. The sketch they sent is fake as well. They also sent me a fake tracking. It’s been an absolute nightmare. They won’t even give me a refund I spent $3700 and thought I was dealing with professionals. They will try to shift the blame on you and say you said august but now it’s august 11th and not one single pic and no lengha. Also I said July and they confirmed early on. Liars and fraudsters
