Our initial consults were great but when the actual day of setup came everything was delayed, there was major miscommunication between the setup crew/owners/customers, and an overall lack of communication with us and the owners.

September 19, 2022 at 2:53 pmWe rented tents from D&H Tent House for my daughter’s wedding last weekend. This vendor is one of our best vendors we used in the wedding. Every time we called Harman, he would respond immediately and provide us with what we needed. Some of our requests were placing sheets on the clear tent that we had initially selected. We called Harman for significantlt large turf and he provided that to us in a timely manner. The weather was unusually hot for September, Harman had his guys deliver the extremely large commercial type fans to us.
The customer service we received from Harman was above and beyond. The quality of the material(s) is excellent. We will definitely be using his services again and we will be recommending him to all our family and friends.
We are very impressed with Harman’s professionalism and customer service.
