I was being picky about things but the owner was so understanding and would offer his opinion on it, and did everything I asked for and much much more! Their attention to detail is beyond exceptional and they made everything easy for us. They made themselves easily accessible to us, responding to our messages quickly and kindly. All of my wedding events the décor looked stunning and the stage looked absolutely breathtaking. We received so many compliments on the décor. We are so happy we booked them, they went above and beyond! Thank you DCdecor!
Kuljit was so easy to work with (and super friendly and funny) and responded to all of my millions of changes as plans evolved. Beyond the great customer service, he and his mom absolutely TRANSFORMED my yard. We didn’t want to spend a fortune but the place looked like we did. They were able to do a beautiful complete set up for my mehndi and flip it to something even better and completely different the next day for my ceremony/dinner. I am so happy I went with them because the decor made it feel like a “normal” wedding and was absolutely better than what we expected. I’m still looking at pictures of the yard in shock about how amazing they made it look. I would highly recommend DC Decor. So easy to work with!

They were completely unprofessional and did not respond to multiple inquires but continued to post on Instagram. Had to last night find another company. This was uncalled for and a simple rejection would have been okay. Do not lead people on!
Wasted my time with consultations, never followed up. Kept leading me on by setting up meetings to discuss, but never showing up. Kuljit was unprofessional. His work from his Instagram looks good, but it’s all talk. Glad I didn’t end up booking him for my Wedding, can’t imagine the stress in the days leading up to it and him not showing up or responding
We had used this decor company for my home, my husbands home and the reception. We were extremely happy with the work that they did, and loved the decor for each event we had them at.

Even the house decor was done really well and super fast.
Kuljit was great he was great communicating always able to make time for us. Due to covid restriction decor had changed many times and each time Kuljit was accommodating and understanding. Even last minute with two weeks left he was able to arrange for a backyard wedding.
I think the communication was probably the worst I’ve encountered with any vendor. I had kept him up to date with any changes that I wanted to see and asked for his opinion but he never got back. Even meeting up with him at the banquet hall didn’t work out. The quote he gave us was farrrrrrrr from what we he did and even the final price that we paid was definitely not justifiable. If you want to run a business successfully then hire an admin. If you are not able to fulfill someone’s date then please don’t lead them on. I wouldn’t recommended due to my experience and I hope he takes this as a constructive criticism and hires a team that can get back to people promptly.

Kuljit literally created my reception look from scratch because I had no idea what I was going for. All he said to me was “leave it up to me and you won’t be disappointed” and when I walked into the reception hall- it was absolutely magic. I never thought Royal King would look this beautiful. Yes, he is late at getting back to emails and calls, but I would take that over obnoxious and over priced vendors. His pricing is super reasonable and his work ethic is definitely worth every penny. He is super personable and super relaxed to work with. I would say trust him with your decor and he’ll make your events come to life.
Kuljit was very easy going and good to work with, however at times difficult to reach. We had him complete our sangeet, house, wedding and reception decor. The house decor was amazing and Kuljit made sure that the decor was changed in a timely manner for the wedding morning. There was a minor mishap with the sangeet decor vision coming to life, however Kuljit ensured that this was resolved and there were no other issues with our decor.

Was told to text them event details and that they will provide a quote- still no response. If I could give zero stars, I would. People who’ve given 5 stars are probably friends and family of the company or very rare clients who are satisfied. I would not recommend this company to do decor for any events as they are high unreliable and unprofessional.
dc decor does an amazing job and is super affordable. Kuljit is really relaxed and he does not nickel and dime you for little things. Kuljit came with amazing ideas and my whole wedding week was beautiful thanks to him.

First and foremost, the lack of professionalism in handling our booking was evident from the start. We waited far too long for a quote, which is already a poor reflection of their customer service. To make matters worse, they scheduled a phone call to discuss the details, but when the time came, no one attended the call. Not only did they fail to show up, but there was no communication to inform us that they wouldn’t be available.
This kind of disregard for a customer’s time and the lack of basic communication is completely unacceptable. It’s hard to trust a company that can’t even follow through on something as simple as a scheduled call.
Unfortunately, this experience has been both disappointing and disrespectful, and I would advise others to be cautious when considering their services. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to avoid repeating this behavior with future clients.
Terrible customer service, did not call me for scheduled consult call. Takes weeks to respond to emails and months for quote. Save yourself the headache this company is very unprofessional
