Rentals, absolute worst consumer experience I’ve ever had in my life. Biggest source of stress during and after my wedding.
They came on site with me a month before for the site visit, and everything seemed fine. The floorplan we made was also fine.
Then the night before the wedding, despite being supervised by my brother and being told to correct all of the following, they:
1. did not follow the agreed measured layout. shifted our two side by side tents to be an awkward L shape such that half the guests couldn’t see what was going on on the mandap.
2. set the tables and chairs up either too close together or too far apart despite being told to correct this. my brother had to embarrassingly enlist wedding guests to correct this.
3. did not leave room for the video booth as per the floorplan which then had to be outside the tents and exposed to potential rainfall.
4. made the stage for the mandap UNEVEN, and did not fix it when told to do so multiple times. the decorator came the next morning with the massive mandap we had ordered and could not install it due to an uneven stage. He could not correct the stage due to liability issues with tampering with another company’s equipment setup, and had to go back to Surrey and get another mandap that was safe to be on an uneven stage.
Later when they asked for payment and how the wedding went, I expressed all of the above to them and they did not apologize, passed blame in nonsensical ways, and then threatened to take me to court for “trying to get a free wedding” (which was a) ridiculous and insulting and b) untrue as they already had a 50% deposit). After a year of wasted time, and stress, the judge ultimately ruled in line with what I had told them to begin with.
Side note: these guys had the nerve to say to me in court “you didn’t ask for an even stage” (which we did). And even if we didn’t, I asked them to give me one single use for an uneven stage and they couldn’t, lol. You literally can’t even sit safely on an uneven stage, let alone have a mandap, phere, a FIRE and multiple people on it.

My advice is to never book Cascade for anything.
