BC Cultural Bhangra Academy

BC Cultural Bhangra Academy began from humble roots; however with more than 500 students BC Cultural Bhangra Academy is the biggest South Asian Academy in the Lower Mainland. Particularly we have won many competitions and have performed at various diverse events such as the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics, Fusion Festival, and Canada Day. Similarly we showcase our teams in our own hosted events like Mother’s Day Dinner and Dance, Christmas Dinner and Dance and our annual functions. Along with learning Bhangra, students also learn leadership skills, teamwork and develop great communicational skills. Likewise they become more confident and are encouraged to try their hardest; discipline and exercise is another component included in Bhangra at BC Cultural Bhangra Academy.
