TIP: Make sure you take screenshots when ordering from Aza fashions (they deleted the item page thinking I wouldn’t know they sent the wrong item)
One of the items I ordered was a quilted vest with a matching quilted Kurta. When I received it, it was just a normal kurta so I looked it up in my order and sent their team a picture of the kurta I got and a screenshot of their website and asked when they could send the right one. (Other items they had sent also got lost along the way, so I was already in discussions with them). They only communicate over whatsapp.
They said they’d talk to the designer and get back to me. When they got back to me, they said “*This is not the one you had ordered!*” I checked the link in my order confirmation email again, but this time THEY DELETED the webpage, so it was just a 404. I’ve never come across a situation like this (at worst, I thought they’d ask me to send it back to get a refund), so I opened up the internet archive wayback machine which archives all web sites and found the webpage before they deleted it.
Omgggg…this is exactly what they have done to me. I placed an order, did not send me any confirmation, I asked numerous times,as money was taken out of my account within seconds.
Now I’m receiving wrong items. I would never ever order these. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve contacted them through WhatsApp and email. I’m so upset..it’s a huge loss for me. I should have taken a screenshot.The items I did order are not on their website anymore.

I showed them the website from the wayback machine, and that they had deleted the page, and that the jig was up. They haven’t responded since.
I guess I’m going to be spending the week of the wedding talking to my credit card company
