Getting in Shape For Your Wedding: Tips from Arsh Purba

PlanEvents.ca recently surveyed many of you to see if you would be interested in getting tips on being mentally and physically prepared for their wedding day. Most of you said you would be interested, so we put this post together with Arshdeep Purba.

Arshdeep was Miss Canada Globe 2019/2020, and an actress who made her film debut in Teri Meri Jodi, featuring Sidhu Moosewala.

In this post, Arshdeep shares some simple tips around getting your head and your body right, as you get ready for your big day.

PlanEvents: What does your workout program look like?

Well, I do full body strength training 2-3 times a week. One day a week a conditioning workout, and then I try one day of kickboxing!

 

PlanEvents: Does you do the same routine every workout?

No. I change it up every time. If I feel like I worked more on my shoulders and chest today, then tomorrow I would do hamstrings and glutes.

PlanEvents: What kinds of exercises do you do?

Deadlifts, hip thrusts, lat pull downs, chest press, tricep pull down, calf raises, squats, etc.
